The bill (Reg. No. 1422) determines that with a view to protect financial reserve funds against inflation and receive additional source for its formation, operating organization (operator) is entitled to allocate these funds in securities issued by the state.
It is suggested establish that allocation of financial reserve funds in securities issued by the state, as well as determination of amount of fund balance on the special account shall be carried out in line with the budgetary legislation and in the order established by the Cabinet of Ministers.
